Washington is known to most as the Evergreen State. This makes it sound so monochromatic. If you drive around Washington in the fall you will know this is not the case. Even as the sky looms grey, the trees and skyline are as colorful as if Bob Ross did a speed ball, emptied every tube of oil paint he had and utilized them all on an autumn masterpiece. I am not trying to pick a fight Sweeney sisters, New England is both beautiful and stunning, particularly in the autumn, however to quote Deja’s great Aunt Kathy, “northwest autumns are the best, New England eat your heart out”
